Abstracting For Fun And Profit

This filter was developed from "A Watercolor Painting" by Northernshadow

I was looking to get some interesting art and backgrounds and took this filter and tweaked it a little to get that.

The Controls are as follows:
Angle - for blurring into faux oils
Directional - angle of blur
Distortion - ammount of distortion on the original image
Radius - Ammount of applied blur
Hue Wash 1&2 - coloring controls
Opacity Details - just what it says
Opacity Wash 1 & 2 - again simple
Paper Contrast - Tweak the texture
Saturation Wash 1 & 2 - just what it says
Mode Checkbox - gives you just a line version
