Howdy kids,
Advances since the last post now include:
a spam blocker to keep out the junk (this comes with the installation)
new theme called Fusion
flash based clock
a mobile version of the site that auto-detects
an SEO plugin
I think this is getting close to being where I want it. I have to tweak the design visually as it is [...]

since I’m especially flighty when it comes to design of my own personal sites, you may notice odd changes followed by complete breakdowns which can be sometimes accompanied with complete style changes.
in other words, relax. i’m getting to it

progressing here. i’ve settled on a style for the site and am now getting the back end all worked up.
things still to do:
flickr tied in
gallery pages set up
upload and link in old versions of the site
